  • Navigating your co-parenting relationship during and after separation and divorce is challenging. Our goal is for your whole family to stay resilient, and maintain a sense of safety and unity despite living in different homes. We guide you through the process of talking to your children about divorce, help children understand and communicate their needs to parents, and provide parenting skills and strategies for co-parents working together and separately to raise healthy kids. Therapy can involve one or both parents, as well as children, depending on your specific situation and family needs.

  • When you need parenting support for any reason, you can come to Mala. If you think your child may need therapy, you can use this time to ask questions. If you’re not sure what your child is going through, we can help you understand. If you simply want to be a better parent and would like a place to discuss and learn strategies for a variety of childhood challenges, we’re here to help.
