Position Overview:
As an Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients seeking our services. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and compassionate introduction to our programs. You will guide clients through the intake process, coordinate appointments, and provide essential information about our services.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for prospective clients, responding to inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Conduct initial assessments to understand the needs and concerns of clients.
Coordinate and schedule appointments with clinicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a seamless transition from intake to treatment.
Provide clients with information about available services, resources, and support options.

We specialize in trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming services, empowering individuals to thrive in their unique abilities.
In addition to prodving care to clients, you will have a chance to work alongside wonderful mental health providers. We are looking for an occupational therapist who truly understands neurodiversity affirming trauma informed care and wanted to provide care along side mental health providers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy assessments to understand clients' needs and goals.
Develop personalized treatment plans that are trauma-informed and neurodiversity affirming.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and effective treatment outcomes.
Provide support and education to families and caregivers.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) or related field.
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience working with children and families, preferably in a mental health setting.
Strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and neurodiversity principles.

We are seeking a fully licensed psychotherapist (psychologist, social worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist) who specializes in working with children, adolescents, families, or couples for our Ann Arbor clinic. All candidates must be licensed in the State of Michigan and possess strong diagnostic and therapeutic skills across a variety of challenges facing children, adolescents, parents, couples, and families. Strong organizational and clinical documentation skills are essential, with opportunities available for psychological assessment.
Join our team where a full-time clinician typically sees 20-27 clients per week, with up to 20-30% of sessions conducted virtually. Additionally, clinicians spend about 10 hours per week on administrative tasks, continuing education, team meetings, and collateral communication.
