As parents, you want the best for your child, but figuring out how to meet their needs while maintaining your own well-being can be complex. That's where our Parent Support Group comes in.

Parenting a neurodiverse child can sometimes feel isolating. Many parents experience frustration, doubt, and a sense of being misunderstood by others. In our group, you’ll find a community of parents who truly understand the joys and struggles of raising a neurodiverse child. Sharing your experiences and hearing from others who are on a similar journey can be incredibly comforting and empowering. Together, we’ll learn from each other, offer support, and build a network of compassion that extends beyond our sessions.

By joining this group, you’ll be taking an important step toward strengthening your skills as a parent while also fostering a sense of connection, confidence, and resilience in yourself. Parenting a neurodiverse child may come with its challenges, but with the right tools, insights, and support, it can also be one of the most rewarding journeys of your life.

What to Expect:

Our sessions will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to effectively navigate your child’s unique needs, ensuring they thrive in both structured and unstructured environments.

Whether it's managing sensory sensitivities, developing essential communication skills, or promoting greater independence, we’ll provide tailored solutions you can implement at home or in other environments. Cost: BCBS & Aetna insurance coverage or $80/session
