Psychatric Nurse Practioner

Ann Arbor & Online

As a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice, I believe that healing happens when people feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My approach to medication management is rooted in deep compassion, curiosity, and a commitment to honoring each person's unique journey.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals and those with a history of trauma, recognizing that traditional models of care often fall short in meeting their needs. That’s why I take a holistic, patient-centered approach, one that goes beyond prescribing medication to foster a sense of safety, empowerment, and trust. By integrating thoughtful medication management with education, therapy, and collaboration, I help my patients navigate their mental health with confidence and clarity.

I work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that every treatment plan is tailored to the whole person, not just their diagnosis. Whether we're fine-tuning medications, exploring alternative strategies, or making space for conversations about self-advocacy and self-care, my goal is to support each patient in living a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Above all, I want my patients to know that they are not alone. Healing isn’t just about medication—it’s about feeling safe in your own skin, building resilience, and finding the right support.

Outside of work, I find joy in the simple things, biking through nature, hiking with my dogs, tending to my garden, getting lost in a good book, or cooking a comforting meal. These moments of connection and grounding remind me why I do this work—to help others find peace, purpose, and well-being in their own lives.
