Growing up, I always had a deep sense of empathy and a desire to help others. It led me to pursue a career in social work, where I have spent the past 15 years working with individuals from various walks of life. Through my experiences, I have witnessed firsthand the resilience and strength that people possess, even in the face of adversity.
As a clinician, my ultimate goal is to create a warm and welcoming space for my clients. I understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable and courageous step, and I am honored to be a part of that journey with you. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to provide guidance and support as you navigate the challenges that come your way. Relationships have always fascinated me, and I firmly believe that they play a significant role in shaping who we are. Whether it’s with family, friends, or romantic partners, our connections have a profound impact on our well-being. I am particularly drawn to working with adolescents, young adults, and adults, as I believe this stage of life is filled with unique opportunities for growth and self-discovery. When I’m not busy with my studies or working with clients, you can often find me exploring the beauty of nature. There’s something incredibly rejuvenating about being outdoors and connecting with the world around us. I also find solace in reading and spending quality time with my grandchildren and my adorable dog.
Above all, I am deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those I work with. I am here to support you, to listen without judgment, and to help you uncover your inner strength and resilience. Together, we can navigate the challenges you face and work toward a brighter future.
