Jaiden Plocharczyk
Office Manager
All Locations
Hello! I am Jaiden Plocharczyk, primarily the office manager for the Plymouth location, though I frequently work at our Farmington Hills and Ann Arbor locations. Currently, I am a student at Wayne State University, studying social work and counseling. My own challenging life experiences have fueled my passion to become a clinical social worker. I am gaining valuable experience in a professional office to help me navigate my future career in mental health services. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my pets, hiking, reading, and taking care of my plants. I have also practiced jujitsu for over nine years, which provides both exercise and structure in my life. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had so far and eager to see where life takes me next.

Many individuals hold negative perceptions of therapy, often rooted in a lack of personal experience. The initial step toward seeking therapy can be challenging, but establishing a genuine connection with a therapist can substantially improve one's mental health.
Throughout my journey, I have struggled with various mental health challenges that stopped me from experiencing happiness in my life. However, once I committed to therapy, the positive changes were noticeable. I discovered effective tools, like mindfulness and health coping, which have helped me to re-frame my thought patterns. The opportunity to express my feelings in a safe environment has been life-changing.
Therapy has not only transformed my mental health but has also significantly improved my communication skills. I now find it easier to regulate my emotions and identify my needs, which has helped me understand what I need and how to achieve it.
I strongly encourage everyone to prioritize their mental well-being. Engaging in proper mental health care is one of the most important steps you can take toward personal growth. Don’t stress if the effects are not immediate; it takes time to heal. -
I believe that if you do good things, good things will come to you. Everyone has kindness embedded within them, and it’s their choice whether to use it. One should always prioritize their own needs to be happy, successful, and positive. I often remind myself that if no one can be there for you in times of struggle, you must be there for yourself.

I am passionate about doing what’s best for yourself. It’s so easy to fall into distorted thinking and try to please others, but if you recenter those thoughts to focus on your own needs, you will evolve into the best version of yourself. No one should feel guilty for wanting to meet their own needs; taking control of your emotions is the most important thing you will ever do.
