  • I see it through the lens of my younger self and, as the oldest of six, the lens of my younger siblings. The unpredictability of life exposes us to various twists and turns. As adults that can be daunting, but it can especially be throughout adolescence. It is a curious and special time in life where we first experience drastic change in our bodies and emotions, all while discovering who we are– But it can also be a lot, and I hope to be a safe place to grow and navigate that road with.

  • My favorite quote is an excerpt of a manifesto: Let Us Be Women Who Love by Idelette McVicker

“… Let us be women who carry each other.

Let us be women who give from what we have.

Let us be women who leap to do the difficult things, the unexpected things, and the necessary things.

Let us be women who live for Peace.

Let us be women who breathe Hope.

Let us be women who create Beauty.

Let us be women who Love…

…Let us be women who Love, in spite of fear.

Let us be women who Love, in spite of our stories.

Let us be women who Love loudly, beautifully, divinely.

Let us be women who Love.”
