I have always loved helping others from an early age. I truly enjoy working with individuals and families to help them gain insight into their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors as well as assisting with improving coping strategies.
-
My primary goal as a therapist is to establish an atmosphere that feels safe for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Together in treatment, we will collaborate on problem solving strategies to help you overcome the obstacles that keep you from living the life you want.
-
Choosing to meet with a therapist is courageous and requires vulnerability, however, it leads to growth. I treat every client with respect, admiration, and openness. I believe every individual is deserving of an unbiased, safe, and meaningful space to process their experiences.
-
My ultimate wish is that each and every client is that we can create a space that allows us to unpack feelings and experiences, as well as celebrate progress and build on your successes.
