Helping individuals & families feel seen, understood, & empowered through thoughtful therapy & assessment
Psychotherapy
I believe people make sense when we understand their context. As a psychologist, I take a behavioral, strength-based approach grounded in contextually informed, person-centered care. I tailor therapy to each individual, adapting to what works best rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model.
I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, challenging behaviors, life transitions (including the transition to college), self-esteem challenges, executive functioning, and emotional regulation. Additionally, I provide parent coaching for caregivers of neurodivergent or anxious children and those exhibiting challenging behaviors—helping parents build confidence, develop coping strategies, and better understand their child’s unique needs.
Advocacy is central to my work. I strive to empower clients to find their voice, strengthen self-trust, and feel confident advocating for themselves. When needed, I also serve as an anchor—helping ensure clients feel supported, heard, and validated. With parents, my goal is to foster clarity and confidence as they navigate their child’s needs.
Assessment & Psychological Evaluation
I provide comprehensive evaluations for children (ages 6+) and adults, assessing ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, learning disorders, giftedness, and personality disorders. My evaluations are designed to be collaborative and affirming—not intimidating—so clients leave with clarity and direction, not confusion. My process emphasizes understanding the whole person, highlighting strengths alongside challenges, and using diagnoses as tools for access, clarity, and self-compassion. Feedback is clear, practical, and collaborative, often including recommendations for school, work, or home.

I value cultural humility and remain open to learning from each client’s lived experiences, identities, and systems of influence. My work centers on understanding the whole person, building self-compassion, and providing practical tools that support lasting confidence, growth, and resilience.
-
I take a strength-based, client-centered approach, integrating elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), executive functioning supports, Parent Management Training (PMT), and Parent–Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). I tailor my work to meet each client’s unique needs and strengths.
